Rules of 3:
As per the American Academy of pediatrics; Infantile colic is defined as excessive crying for more than 3 hours a day at least

3 days a week for 3 weeks or more in an otherwise healthy baby.

About 30% of infants are diagnosed with colic, making it one of the most common reasons to visit the pediatrician.
The good news is, colic mostly resolves at about 3 months of age.
Try these three tips and let me know what works best for your baby.
Best of luck and remember babies don’t talk they cry when they want to communicate with you.

1 Thisis my favorite Baby Massage;
not only helps colics but is great for bonding and enhance your babies development

2. Feeding time: Feed slowly, burp frequent, avoid overfeeding (very common), breast fed babies have less colics.  If using formula, you may ask your pediatrician to change to a different kind.

If your baby is having a bottle, then try Dr. Brown’s or playtex drop ins.

3 Try the natural way : Organic Gripe water or ask your natural doctor about fennel seed oil emultion

You may want to check out this book or DVD for your ipod; it works well for a lot of my families in the first 4 months and you may have “The happiest baby on the block“:
